Experienced company with a high level of innovation
1988
Founded by our director, Mr Koi Chor Koon, with 3,000sf factory, with startup capital of RM500K, focusing on battery and electrical plastic molds.
1992
Expanded factory to 16,000sf and began business with Japanese OEM household electrical products in Malaysia, such as Sharp, JVC and Panasonic.
1996
Awarded “The Top Commencement Awards of Washing Machine” from Matsushita Electric (M) Co. Bhd. Started to produce first automotive mold for Malaysia national car maker, Perodua.
2002
Developed gas assist injection mold technique. Expanded our business to export market, such as USA, Europe, and ASEAN countries.
2006
Appointed as Hondo auto parts mold vendor in Malaysia. Injection of new capital for plant expansion of 26,000sf, becoming one of the major automotive plastic mold supplier in Malaysia, up to 1800 tons injection molds, with capability of CF making.
2010
Obtained ISO 9001:2008 Certification. Incorporated 5-axis CNC milling equipment into our production line. Developed various molding technique including insert molding, overmolding, rapid H&C system, high mirror finish products.
2016
Acquired K&W Mold Sdn Bhd as precision tool manufacturer, as subsidiary group under Sun High-Tech. Expanded mold making capability, up to 3000 tons injection molds. Began press forming mold for automotive thermal/ acoustic insulation. Obtained ISO 9001:2015 Certification.
2022
Expanded factory to close to 35,000sf. Developed new encapsulation injection mold technique. Ventured into plastic injection molding and automation for part assembly.
